roller sucker rod guide

Today we finished the production of 1100 pcs wheeled centralizer for sucker rod. The wheeled sucker rod centralizer is 7/8” size for connection to 7/8” sucker rod, the diameter of the centralizer is 1 3/4”, pipe diameter production is 3 1/2, length is 28 1/2”. 

We adopted 4140 steel for the wheel material and the body material is cold rolled steel as customers requirement. The maximum working temperature is 450 ° F, and the centralizer is for non-corrosive environments and the steel stress resistance can be 78000lb. 

This is our first time to export wheeled sucker rod centralizer / wheeled sucker rod guide to Canada, and our customer had already placed another 500 pcs sucker rod centralizer with the same specifications. The wheeled sucker rod centralizer has good performance in the downhole well and will reduce the friction in comparison on the other common sucker rod guide.
